Process Improvement Project Manager

Deltalight Group HQ - Wevelgem

As Process Improvement project manager you will be responsible for the management of cross-functional improvement projects, with a focus on commercial processes and customer-facing digital solutions. You will collaborate in project teams to diagnose, redesign, and future-proof our core business workflows. You handle all change management related aspects to facilitate successful adoption of processes and solutions among stakeholders.

In parallel, you are the go-to person for identifying digital improvement opportunities, including AI and automation, within the broader organization. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and practical solutions.

Process Improvement Management

  • Coordinate project teams, ensuring alignment between departments, and stated objectives.
  • Track project progress, monitor timelines, budgets, and milestones, and ensure corrective actions when needed.
  • Identify project risks, manage mitigation strategies, and escalate when required.
  • Report regularly to the stakeholders providing data-driven insights.
  • Analyze existing business processes, with a particular focus on customer-facing, processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and digitalization

AI & digitalization for business process optimalisation

  • Monitor the evolution of AI in business technologies and applications relevant for Deltalight.
  • Verify the maturity of available AI solutions for use within Deltalight business applications and define possible improvement projects.
  • Analyse bottlenecks in workflows and discover opportunities for AI-based, digital or automated solutions.

Profilo

  • You have a master's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • You have 3y relevant work experience in project management, business analysis or digital process improvement.
  • You take initiative, show ownership and can connect departments around improvement goals.
  • You can bridge the gap between business workflows and technical AI integration, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and specifications.
  • Knowledge of SAP S4/Hana, customer portals or digital sales tools is a plus
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English., both within the project teams as towards higher management
  • You combine analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
